Building Foundation in Kettlebell Training

Welcome to Kettlebell Origins, a comprehensive Online Program Series designed to lay the groundwork while making sure you keep progressing on your strength training. 

Kettlebell Origins Series is for you who already know how to perform the Big Six Movements and looking for a program to follow. 

It consists of 3 Parts making sure you evolve in terms of Strength, Endurance and Movement Efficiency. Each volume of Kettlebell Origins Series is carefully crafted to build upon the previous one, gradually increasing complexity and challenge. 

Kettlebell Origins Series doesn’t focus only on the movements but helps you understand the principles behind them. Also, it places a strong emphasis on intensity management and volume control to teach you how to appropriately scale your training to your individual fitness level and avoid overtraining and maximize results. 

Start from Kettlebell Origins 101 and progress to  201 and 301 to Master the Kettelbells and own your training !

No learning new skills. The training program is based on the Big Six Movements and their variations.

  • 4 workouts per week (at least 2 are required)
  • Max of 5 videos to get feedback on once per week
  • Private calls have additional cost
  • The goal is to follow the 6 week program as planned
  • You can select the weights based on how much you want to challenge yourself
  • Max cap of 30 athletes in total
