ABOUT ANIMAL MOVEMENT

This expands to Animal Movement which is a ground based movement,  outstanding for developing a type of strength we call “supportive strength”. This means that our body is able to support its own bodyweight in all different positions and angles.  It is designed to develop strength, power, flexibility, mobility, agility and coordination.

Movement is more than just being flexible, mobile or stable. There is an entire system of elastic connective tissue, fascia, tendons and ligaments that work together to produce limber, fluid and efficient movement. The more you move, the more coordinated, limber and agile you will become. And for this reason, Animal Movement it great for injury prevention and pain remedy too.

Combining Animal Movement with Kettlebell Training creates a dynamic and holistic approach to fitness.
