Advanced Strategies

This FREE Program is for those who want to build serious strength and endurance by increasing the work they put out per unit of time. 

You are going to need 2 kettlebells:

  • A medium weight, which means you can do 10 sets of 10 reps
  • A heavy weight, which means +4 or 8 kg heavier
  • 3 days per week and 10-20 minutes

This program can easily be added to your existing training if you want to get stronger, build muscle endurance and burn fat.
