SFG1 CERTIFICATION

Strongfirst Girya Instructor Level 1

The flagship of Strongfirst.

EXERCISES TAUGHT:
Get Up
Swing
Clean
Squat
Press
Snatch

SKILLS TESTED:
Swings 10 reps each side
Double Clean 5 reps
Press 5 reps each side
Double Front Squat 5 reps
Snatch 5 reps each side
Getup 1 reps each side

Snatch Test:
The attendants must complete 100 snatches in 5 minutes.

SFG2

SFG2 CERTIFICATION

Strongfirst Girya Instructor Level 2

SFG1 must be recertified.

EXERCISES TAUGHT:
Double Push Press
Push Jerk
Double Snatch
Windmill
Bent Press
Bottoms Up Series

SKILLS TESTED:
Windmill 3 reps each side
Bent Press 1 rep per side
Double Snatch 5 reps
Double Push Press 5 reps
Double Jerk 5 reps
Military Press Strength Test

Snatch Test:
100 snatches in 5 minutes must be completed.

Back Squat 5 reps
Deadlift 5 reps
Military Press 5 reps

STRENGTH TEST
Deadlift and Bench Press 1 repetition.

Testing weight is analogical to the body weight.

Strongfirst Bodyweight Instructor

Reverse-engineer exercises.

Pistol Squat
One-Arm/One Leg Push up
Wall Supported Push up
Hardstyle Hanging Leg

SKILLS TESTED:
The 1A/1L Push up Test
Women: 1A Push up x1
Men: 1A/1L Push up x1

The Pistol Test
1 repetition for both genders.

The Pull up Test
Women: 1 Pull up/Chin up
or 45'' flexed-arm hang
Men: 5 pull ups
