I am Aphrodite, 43 years old, born and raised in Crete, Greece. And I’m not just a coach – I’m someone who’s been where you are.
As a busy mom of two and a business owner, I understand the struggle of balancing work, family, and self-care. There were times when I felt stuck, overwhelmed, and unsure of how to move forward. But through strength training, intentional movement, and simple, sustainable habits, I found a way to build a stronger, healthier version of myself—and I’m here to help you do the same.
I started working as a Certified Personal Trainer in local gyms but soon I realized that my calling was higher. I looked for the best source of knowlegde and I found Strongfirst, Animal Movement and Flexible Steel. I knew I was ‘home’.
I created SheisKettlebell to offer a better way – a way that works. Whether you’re a beginner who’s tired of starting over, a coach ready to level up, or a professional who just wants to feel strong and capable again, I’m here to help you.
With over 6 years of experience and commited to strength, quality movement and building good habits, I created a system and worked with hundreds of people who felt like they didn’t have the time, energy, or tools to make a change. Together, we found a way. And now, I want to help you find yours.

My training philosophy

I blend kettlebells, animal movement, bodyweight exercises, and barbell training to give you the best of everything. Strength, mobility, flexibility, and endurance – they all play a part in your fitness journey, and they all carry over into your everyday life. My goal is to help you become the strongest, most confident version of yourself – no matter where you’re starting from. Together, we’ll focus on real progress, not perfection.

Why KETTLEBELLS

Why BODYWEIGHT
Bodyweight training is a powerful and accessible way to build strength, mobility, and control. At its core, it’s about mastering your own body and using it as a tool for functional movement. Bodyweight exercises, when performed with proper technique, can be as effective as lifting weights for building foundational strength. These movements teach you to control your body in space, improving posture, coordination, and balance—skills that directly transfer to other forms of training. Bodyweight training also enhances endurance, flexibility, and core stability, offering a balanced approach to overall fitness. Why ANIMAL MOVEMENT
Animal Movement is a ground based movement, outstanding for developing a type of strength we call “supportive strength”. This means that our body is able to support its own bodyweight in all different positions and angles. It is designed to develop strength, power, flexibility, mobility, agility and coordination. Movement is more than just being flexible, mobile or stable. There is an entire system of elastic connective tissue, fascia, tendons and ligaments that work together to produce limber, fluid and efficient movement. The more you move, the more coordinated, limber and agile you will become. And for this reason, Animal Movement it great for injury prevention and pain remedy too. Combining Animal Movement with kettlebell and barbell training creates a dynamic and holistic approach to fitness and improves overall athletism and movement efficiency. These primal-inspired movements, such as crawling, bear and crab walks, challenge your body in ways that traditional exercises often overlook.
