The Big Six is a Series of Online Courses designed to equip you with mastery over the fundamental kettlebell movements within 13 weeks, presented as skills.

You will learn the intricacies of 6 key movements:
The Get upThe SwingThe SnatchThe Clean, The PressThe Squat.

What does the Big Six Course include?

  • Every week you will be learning a new skill
  • 4 required workouts per week plus 1 group call
  • Unlimited weekly video feedback
  • 4 private 1-on-1 video calls for skill refinement
  • Max cap of 10 athletes per round

The goal is to perform all 6 movements with your testing bell. For that you will need 2 bell sizes: your testing bell and one +8kgs heavier. 

The course offers flexibility, with options ranging from individual skill-focused modules to a comprehensive package covering all 6 skills, ensuring thorough instruction and practice for all at every level of expertise.
