We all know that no matter how intimidating something is, it all comes to practice. Practice the movement. Practice the habit.
The Snatch test is the most challenging part of the SFG Certifications. And it is, for those who are not prepared.
It’s been shown that most of us start to struggle around the 3rd minute of the test and that’s normal. As it is explained in the Strong Endurance manual, it takes 3 minutes for the heart rate to exceed 170-180 pulses and then our body systems – cardiovascular, hip power, overall strength and endurance – diminish. This means that we need to teach our body to work more at a lower HR level.
